There are thousands of consultants who could tell any big company that they need a big, complicated
~sustainability strategy~. But then what?
CBRE works with clients to develop strategies that are informed by real world experience, with the capabilities to execute those strategies, quickly.
Art directionally, that’s the key differentiator at play here: actions versus words.
All the synonyms of yes were thrown in to underline the idea that despite it being such a huge and complex goal, the answer to sustainability with CBRE was simply possible.
Yes to all. Anywhere in the world.

A big driver for the campaign’s design direction was a desire to move away from the visual tropes of the ‘sustainability’ realm.
Stylised infographics support the story in a beautiful way, taking the graphs and charts of everyday business and energising them.

The same infographic visual language was translated into a series of 15 second videos. These were designed to pragmatically tell the story of exactly how CBRE could help to deliver real change.
To develop these, we worked with different product groups across the company to extract and distill individual examples, mapped across 3 pillars:
Strategy, Resources and Decarbonization.
And the messaging followed the top level campaign script:
Complex sustainability related question? Simple answer.

The campaign rolled out around the globe in multiple languages, in varying formats. From pen to paper, to climate week 2024 in NYC, to Expo Real in Munich.

From trash reduction strategies, regulations, and upcycling, to installing electric vehicle charging stations.
Is this the start of a big transformation for business sustainability? Yes.
